From Air Force to Marketing Force
Just days after 9/11, AL left his hometown of Bettendorf, Iowa and joined the U.S. Air Force and served for 10 years.
He had the privilege of living all around the world, including deployments to Afghanistan, Africa, and Qatar.
While serving overseas, he earned multiple degrees, published a novel, and became obsessed with marketing strategy—especially the work of Dan Kennedy.
After leaving the military, AL spent years in the marketing world, eventually climbing to Chief Marketing Officer of a multi-million-dollar agency.
After moving back to the Midwest, AL launched The Marketing Switch on the foundation of giving small businesses personalized, effective, and ROI driven marketing and business solutions.
