Your Business’s Top Three Lead Sources [2 of 3]

Last week we talked about why referrals are king—and how to get more of them.

(If you missed it, you can grab the free that blog article HERE.)

This week, let’s talk about Lead Source #2:
Online Search.

Getting found (and cited by AI) online comes down to three things:

– A credible, authority-building website. Your website should answer the exact questions your potential customers are typing into Google. It should read their minds and sell them before they’ve finished reading.

– A complete and active Google Business Profile. Keep it updated, and make sure your name, address, phone number, services, and other information match your website.

– Consistent Google reviews. The key isn’t just having good reviews—it’s continuing to get new ones on a regular basis.

Google’s goal is simple: deliver the best possible result for every search.

To do that, it constantly evaluates the information businesses are putting online.

Bottom line: Google doesn’t care how great you were in 2021—or even 2025. It cares how great you are today.

Keep your website fresh, update your Google Business Profile regularly, and keep earning new reviews.
